Irrigated agriculture requires better estimates of water demand by type of crop, which is why the objective of the present study was to estimate vegetation indices in situ and with remote sensors, as well as the coefficient of rice cultivation using remote sensing., in the rice fields of the Vista Florida experimental station, through the implementation of remote measurement techniques, use of field sensors, and the SEBAL methodology, which estimates the actual evapotranspiration of the crop. The execution of the model involved an internal adjustment of the NDVI and IAF variables, using hand-held sensors. The fieldwork was carried out in 2018, in the cultivation fields of the Vista Florida experimental station, in demonstration plots of 5m x 5m and in its 80 000 m2 seedbed. Biophysical indices (NDVI, IAF) and crop coefficient (Kc) were determined during crop development. The NDVI were estimated with average values of 0.35, 0.52, 0.47, 0.63, 0.57 and 0.50; the SAVI with average values of 0.17, 0.28, 0.21, 0.39, 0.35 and 0.32, leaf area index - IAF, with average values of 0.15, 0.43, 0.25, 0.75, 0.62 and 0.51, for dates 11/02, 28/02, 07/03, 24/04, 10/05 y 03/06, respectively. The results of NDVI and IAF in the field compared with the UAV obtained the same trend and a correlation coefficient of 0.95 and 0.90, respectively, in addition, adjustment efficiency values of the Nash-Stuclife index of 0.90 and 0.80 were obtained, representing an adjustment of excellent for NDVI and very good for IAF. In the same way, when comparing the UAV values with data from satellite images, the same trend was obtained and a correlation coefficient of 0.92 and 0.90, respectively, also, adjustment efficiency values of the Nash Stucliffe index of 0.60 and 0.88 for NDVI and IAF, representing a good and very good fit, respectively. With the adjustments already made, the crop coefficient was estimated, resulting in average values of 0.64, 0.85, 0.79, 0.98, 0.91and 0.82 for the dates 02/11, 02/28, 03/07, 04/24 and 03 / 06, respectively, those that adjust to the phenological state of the rice crop.
