The present study was realized in the facilities of the Centro de Investigación Piscícola (CINPIS) of the Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina - UNALM from November 04, 2013 until January 22, 2014. With the target to achieve the masculinization of gray Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) 3200 fries long used average initial whole of 9.44 mm which were fed by commercial food homogenized with 60 mg/kg on 17 alpha metil testosterone to a valuation of feeding of 30 per cent distributed in three daily rations for four weeks. The masculinization compared in two cultivation systems one with clear water (T-1) and other with biofloc (T-2) using 4 tanks for every system, distributing the fish because of 400 individuals for tank. Similar kept the values of temperature and dissolved oxygen in the tanks during the experimental stage in which daily monitoring of sedimentary solids were realized and weekly of ammonia and entire ammoniated nitrogen. The obtained growth results during this stage were of growth in length and average weight of 19.72 ± 2.64 mm and 0.13 ± 0.07 g for T-1 and 17.89 ± 1.46 mm and 0.09 ± 0.01 g for T-2 respectively and of survival in the stage of 52.25 per cent sexual reversal for the treatment with clear water (T-1) and 61 per cent for the treatment with biofloc (T-2). Reached the phase of sexual reversal moved a sample random and representative of each of the repetitions for treatment to the humid laboratory of aquaculture of the faculty of Fishing where they were fed Ad libitum for its growth for five weeks up to the evaluation of the sexual reversal by means of the method Aceto-Carmín. The identification of gonads of the samples gave us like turned out that 96 per cent of the individuals were male in both treatments at a level of significance of 95 per cent.
