The objective of this research is to present the marketing strategies of the chocolate bar for the company Ingeniería Campo Riego, as a support for decision-making during the period 2018 -2020. To achieve this objective, the professional carried out a restructuring of the processing of available data and information management, guiding the implementation of new methods and information analysis tools that allowed users to make more accurate decisions, thus achieving this way reduce the negative impacts that the company was going through. The results that were obtained with the implementation of the new marketing strategies, the company was able to remain in force despite the situation of the pandemic that threatened to end the company. A series of decisions had to be made to maintain customer loyalty. Then, a series of incentives had to be implemented for loyal customers for recommending us to people around them, through which the company obtained new customers, thus improving its sales by having a clearer identification of opportunities in the market. Therefore, it is concluded that the implementation of the strategies for the product, price, distribution and promotion turned out to be successful, since it facilitated the increase in chocolate bar sales in Metropolitan Lima during the 2018-2020 period.
