To determine the efficiency of 12 chemicals (Kelpak, Root Plex, Rizober, Resyst, Hunter, QL Agri Check Chandler, Nema100, Urpi, P. lilacynus, Nemathor and Oxamyl) to control M. incognita, were tested in vitro with different concentrations (2000 ppm, 1000 ppm and 500 ppm). The effects on nematode were determinated on the emergence, movement and survival as well as infectivity in the greenhouse on tomato cv. “Río Grande“.The laboratory results show that Kelpak, Root Plex, Rizober, Hunter and Resyst did not affect emergence, movement and survival of the nematode. QL Agri, Chandler Check, Nema100, Urpi, P. lilacynus and Nemathor affected negatively the behavior of M. incognita being Chandler Check and Nema100 similar to the chemical control (Oxamyl). All nematoxics products at high concentrations (2000 ppm) were nematicidal except Oxamyl that was nemastatic at all concentrations. Under greenhouse conditions Chandler Check and Nema100 decreased nematode reproduction rate significantly in comparison to chemical control
