By this time, most corporations develop several plans for businesses integrations, such as joint ventures, corporations, etc., and with these plans comes out the need of managing large data volumes in the sense of efficiency and order, particularly for financial integrations. All those purposes are intended to be developed in the realm of businesses ends. In such sense, this investigation document provides a methodology for developing a Message-Oriented Middleware (MOM) integration system that mediates and helps to solve the need of financial integration of two business entities, a drugstore and a bank. The purpose of this work is to identify key processes for the transactional flow and their dynamization by the sections and details of this methodology presented in this document that will be applied to integrate the two business entities mentioned previously. The methodology consist of the sections of: system analysis, system design, architecture and further sections referred to interconnection, messaging issues and graphic user interfaces that will help users to manage and interact with the system. The results of the application of this methodology are: recognizing the key processes according to the investigation objectives, the presentation of the way these key processes are dynamized and comprehend in a preliminary way what is referred to the interconnection of the entities mentioned lines above, drugstore and bank, message definitions for financial transactions for the same entities and visualization for system management by graphical user interfaces. Such results lead the methodology to be suitable within all those sections presented, granting the frame for future opportunities of investigation in the field of electronic banking.
