Today, biogas has become one of the best alternatives for renewable energy production, as agro-industry waste is used as the main substrate for its formation, contributing to adequate management of solid waste. However, producing significant amounts of biogas generates large amounts of biol. Although it is often used as fertilizer, it has two problems: on the one hand, it can harbor several pathogenic microorganisms, representing a risk for both those who manipulate it and for those who consume the vegetables that were grown with it; on the other hand, the excessive amount of nutrients it possesses limits its application in soils, as it could generate environmental problems polluting groundwater and the same soil. On the other hand, the use of solar radiation and environmental oxygen for biol disinfection is very useful for resource-poor regions where there is a high incidence of solar radiation. To ensure the desired disinfection, it is necessary to know the kinetics of the death of enterobacteria by solar radiation and atmospheric oxygen. This research study aimed to model the biol disinfection kinetics, calculating the incidence of m3 radiation accumulated by biol, obtained as a by-product of biogas formation, from pork slurry and 1:10 water. The process was carried out on December 12, 2017 at the facilities of the Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina, measuring time and correlation with the rate of inactivation of enterobacteria. Studies were conducted where it was determined, by a variance analysis (ANOVA)and a multiple comparison test of treatments using the Tukeytest, the synergistic effect of solar radiation and atmospheric oxygen for solar inactivation of enterobacteria. It was found that to achieve optimal solar disinfection in the biol its turbidity should be reduced, separating the liquid phase, and diluting it with 1:3 water. Phase separation in this study reached a volume of 56% from the total volume, retaining 36 and 49% nitrogen and phosphorus, respectively, of the total volume. With the liquid phase of the biol a turbidity level (LTU) of 365 was obtained. From this, it was concluded that atmospheric conditions were appropriate to reduce the load of enterobacteria, reaching the detection limit after 10 hours, with a cumulative radiation of 209.8 watts per biol. The m3biocida effect began fromthe 40 wattsof m3 accumulated radiation biol.
