Propuesta de manejo ambiental de un centro de cultivo de trucha arco iris en la laguna Punrún en Cerro de Pasco

Abstract

In the present study, the development of intensive farming of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) in floating cages was evaluated in the Don Droso farming center of the company Mar Andino Perú S.A.C. in order to analyze the environmental management that has been applied according to it’s Environmental Management Instrument (IGA) since 2016. The main objective was to make a comprehensive environmental management proposal that consider all it’s concessions and their aquaculture operations, both in the Punrun Lagoon and at it’s landbase. The information that was used, it’s from the mandatory monitoring reports from 2017-2020 period, according to the current environmental regulations. The results indicated that, the Lagoon has not been affected under the reference of the ECA D.S. N° 004-2017-MINAM, Category 2, C4. As a final result, a proposal for an integrated environmental monitoring program is delivered, considering the evaluation of water quality and sediments in the area of concessions in the Laguna Punrun, as well as noise and soil in the landbase.
