In this Professional Sufficiency Work (TSP), the correct inclusion of change group and probability in the Terminal Aerodrome Forecast (TAF) of the Jorge Chávez International Airport (SPJC) sent out by the Aerodrome Office located at the same airport (OMA SPJC) during the years 2019 and 2021 was evaluated. The meteorological elements forecast in a TAF are wind, visibility, meteorological phenomena, cloudiness, and temperature; however, the inclusion of expected changes is about the first four; and is done by indicating the abbreviations FM, BECMG, TEMPO, and PROB. The criteria used for the analysis of the meteorological elementss included in the change groups were taken from the Peruvian Aeronautical Regulation on the Meteorological Service for Air Navigation (RAP 303). The evaluation was carried out by comparing the inclusion criteria with the elements included in each change group; so, if the included variable complied with the provisions of the standard, it was considered correct and incorrect if it did not. Finally, a monthly and annual accounting of the correct and incorrect TAFs was carried out, which allowed us to know a monthly and annual quality indicator that will help us identify the weak points and generate the necessary improvements to continue providing a quality service.
