The country has suffered from crime for years, a perception that is maintained by around 40% of the elderly, even as of March 2020. Some criminal acts are committed by adolescents, who are physically and psychologically vulnerable to commit offenses, affecting All of society, however, information on this national reality is limited, therefore this study aims to segment the offender adolescents from the Juvenile Diagnosis and Rehabilitation Center of Lima using the PAM (Partition Around Medoides) algorithm, which clusters the data into k groups, where k is calculated using the silhouette method. Variables related to the list of risk factors of the National Plan for the Prevention and Treatment of Adolescents in Conflict with the Criminal Law were analyzed, and from 790 inmates, 2 segments were obtained, the first made up of adolescents inmates for various offenses (against property, against life, body and health, against freedom and against public safety) and motives (personal gain, violent emotion, reckoning and revenge), those who never were part of a nuclear family and what practically spent their entire adolescence with his parents, with a history of drug and / or alcohol consumption, but who never ran away from home, nor did they have a family with a prison record, or best friends offenders and lived in quiet areas; On the other hand, the second segment segmented those who mostly committed infringements against property, who lived in single-parent families or in charge of other people, all with a history of drug and / or alcohol consumption, some ran away from home before the For 15 years, they had relatives with a prison record, also best friends who committed infractions against the Criminal Law and lived in neighborhoods with gangs and criminal gangs.
