In the present investigation, the planting densities were evaluated in pickled chili pepper (Capsicum baccatum var.pendulum), under organic management, highlighting among the studies, the yield, production quality and fruit in La Molina, Lima, the crop was studied between the months of February to August 2018. The experimental design used was DBCA with five treatments and four blocks or repetitions. The treatments were planting densities, with spacing at 40 cm (17 750 plants / ha), 45 cm (15 762 plants / ha), 50 cm (14 200 plants / ha), 55 cm (12 909 plants / ha) and 60 cm (11 833 plants / ha), between rows there was a space of 1.40 m in all densities and drip irrigation. The characteristics evaluated in the treatments were; plant height (cm), days to full bloom, days to maturity, fruit set percentage (%), number of fruits per plant, fresh fruit yield (t /ha), production quality, fruit quality (weight (g), diameter (cm), length (cm)) and dry matter (%). As a result, the planting densities influenced: plant height, with 123.28 cm at a distance of 45 cm (15 762 plants / ha); days to beginning of flowering, with 74.75 days average in 40 and 45 cm (17,750 and 15,762 plants / ha); days to maturity, with an average 55 days at 45 cm (15 762 plants / ha); fruit set percentage, with 62.95% at 60 cm (11 833 plants / ha) at this distance, the highest number of fruits per plants was also obtained 60.62 on average; the yield at 40 cm (17 750 plants / ha) was 33.21 t / ha. Regarding the classification of fruit and dry matter, the planting density did not influence.
