The present Professional Sufficiency Work (TSP) to obtain the Title of Agricultural Engineer entitled “Implementation of a management system and adaptation of the design of vertical hydroponic gardens in Metropolitan Lima“ was carried out from the work experience obtained in a company of installation and maintenance services of vertical gardens, for which I worked from October 2016 to January 2020, the TSP has the perspective of the functions performed by the supervisor to solve the problems identified in the company where he worked. This work was based on the importance that green areas represent in the environment, therefore, a way to increase green areas are vertical gardens that emerge as a solution to the decrease in green spaces in urban areas. The objective of the TSP is the implementation of a management system in the development of vertical hydroponic gardens and its adaptation of the design in Metropolitan Lima. Through which formats, records, guides, check lists, etc. were developed. That allowed to improve the tasks entrusted to the operators, generating efficiency and effectiveness when carrying out and executing the processes of design, installation and maintenance of vertical gardens. Likewise, it was possible to adapt the structural design of the vertical gardens. In the agronomic part, the irrigation system was improved, making it more efficient. In addition, an adequate selection and distribution of ornamental plants was made within the design stage of the vertical gardens.
