Cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias en las empresas de venta de ordenadores, equipos periféricos y programas de informática en el Centro Comercial Victoria de la Ciudad de Sicuani – 2017.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación Titulado “CUMPLIMIENTO DE LAS OBLIGACIONES TRIBUTARIAS EN LAS EMPRESAS DE VENTA DE ORDENADORES, EQUIPOS PERIFÉRICOS Y PROGRAMAS DE INFORMÁTICA EN EL CENTRO COMERCIAL VICTORIA DE LA CIUDAD DE SICUANI - 2017”, nos permitirá conocer el cumplimiento de las obligaciones Tributarias por parte de los gerentes de las empresas de venta de ordenadores, equipos periféricos y programas de informática. Cuyo problema general se planteó: Cómo es el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias en las empresas de venta de ordenadores, equipos periféricos y programas de informática en el Centro Comercial Victoria de la ciudad de Sicuani - 2017, siendo el objetivo General de la investigación: Describir como es el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias en las empresas de venta de ordenadores, equipos periféricos y programas de informática en el Centro Comercial Victoria de la ciudad de Sicuani - 2017. La hipótesis planteada al problema de investigación es: El cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias en las empresas de venta de ordenadores, equipos periféricos y programas de informática en el Centro Comercial Victoria de la ciudad de Sicuani - 2017, es medio. En cuanto a la metodología Utilizada, el tipo de investigación es Básica porque tiene como fin de utilizar teorías ya existentes, sin preocuparse de su aplicación práctica, el Enfoque es Cuantitativo en razón de que se verificara las hipótesis planteadas, Diseño no Experimental – Transversal porque no se manipula la variable y se obtendrá datos en un solo momento y con Alcance Descriptivo en razón que se describirán los hechos y fenómenos como las obligaciones tributarias tanto formales como sustantivas. Llegando a la conclusión que el cumplimiento de las Obligaciones Tributarias por parte de los gerentes de las empresas que se dedican a la venta de ordenadores, equipos periféricos y programas de informática en el centro comercial Victoria de la ciudad de Sicuani – 2017, es medio.

The hypothesis raised to the research problem is: The fulfillment of the tax obligations In the companies selling computers, peripheral equipment and computer programs in the Victoria Shopping Center of the city of Sicuani - 2017, it is medium. Regarding the methodology used, the type of research is Basic because it has the purpose of using existing theories, without worrying about its practical application, the Approach is Quantitative because the hypotheses were verified, Non-Experimental Design – Transversal because the variable is not manipulated and data will be obtained in a single moment and with Descriptive Scope because the facts and phenomena will be described as the tax obligations, both formal and substantive. Arriving at the conclusion that the fulfillment of the Tax Obligations by the managers of the companies that are dedicated to the sale of computers, peripheral equipment and computer programs in the Victoria shopping center of the city of Sicuani - 2017, is medium.
