La organización en la Asociación Manos Andinas del distrito de Wanchaq Cusco 2017.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación titulado la Organización de la Asociación Manos Andinas del Distrito de Wanchaq Cusco 2017, se desarrolló con objetivo describir como es la organización en la Asociación Manos Andinas. La presente investigación es de tipo básico, el nivel de estudio es descriptivo, con un diseño no experimental; las técnicas utilizadas fueron la encuesta y la guía de entrevista. Los datos obtenidos fueron procesador a través del programa SPSS con una población de estudio conformada por 50 socios de los cuales se realizó una encuesta de prueba al 10% obteniendo como resultado 45 socios, la encuesta se aplicó a los 39 socios y la guía de entrevista se aplicó a los 6 miembros de la Junta Directiva. En la investigación se concluyó, que según los socios es totalmente adecuado con un porcentaje 51.3%; desde el punto de vista la Junta Directiva manifiesta el 100% menciona que es ni adecuado ni inadecuado.
