The present work was done with the objective of demonstrate the importance about regulated deficit irrigation (RDI) in the fenologic stages of vegetative development in the hybrid seed production in pepper crop, using conventionals irrometer sensors to take decisions at time to fertigation, in Valley of Cañete. About the concept of RDI is based in the reduction of hydric supply in the whole development cycle of the crop or in a particular stage, where a partly hydric deficit will don´t affect the production or quality of final comercial product. Since the first stage of the crop until the day 60 ago of the transplant of each varieties of pepper, kept up vacuum gauge readings close to 50 centibars to start each fertigation, obtaining in that way plants with increase controlled leaf and a huge number of flower buds, these are necessaries for future emasculation and artificial flower´s polinitation, furthermore, plants archieved with a good root development, in order of this slight hydric stress induce roots depth than before looking for available groundwater. In consequence, it obtains a save of 240 m3/Ha and fertilizers: Calcium Nitrate 170 Kg/Ha, Potassium Nitrate 72 Kg/Ha and Magnesium Nitrate 72 Kg/Ha.
