La regulación del consumo de drogas en los establecimientos penitenciarios en el Perú

Abstract

En el capítulo I, refiere al respecto de la problemática existente acerca del consumo de droga de internos en los centros de reclusión penitenciaria en el Perú, el mismo que afecta en gran medida la salud de la población penitenciaria de quienes están inmerso en el consumo de las drogas. También analizamos los problemas principales y los problemas secundarios los mismo que nos llevan a identificar las causas del consumo de drogas, los efectos que repercute en el organismo al ingerir la droga y las deficiencias que existe en cuanto al control de ingreso de drogas por parte del personal penitenciario. Por ende el objetivo general en la investigación realizada es establecer las razones que justifican una propuesta normativa para regular el consumo personal de drogas en los Establecimientos Penitenciarios en el Perú. En el capítulo II, comprende lo que es la descripción teórica, otros estudios realizados similares al tema investigación, base teórica, terminología jurídica, la categorización del estudio y la hipótesis de trabajo. En el capítulo III, el método de estudio constituye el diseño metodológico, enfoque de investigación, tipo de investigación, diseño contextual, unidad de estudio, técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de datos. En el capítulo IV, comprende la explicación de resultado producto del análisis documental y cuadros estadísticos sobre el consumo, consecuencias y deficiencias de control de las drogas. Y finalmente se muestran las conclusiones a las cuales se llegó, sugerencias, la utilización de la bibliografía y los anexos respectivamente los que complementan el sustento del presente trabajo de investigación.

In chapter I, refers to the respect of the existing problem about the drug use of inmates in places of detention prisons in Perú, the same that greatly affects the health of the prison population of those who are immersed in the consumption of the drug. We also analyzed the main problems and secondary problems the same that lead us to identify the causes of consumption of drugs, the effects that affects on the body of ingesting the drug and the deficiencies that exist in terms of the control of entry of drugs by prison staff. Therefore the overall objective in the research is to establish the reasons that justify a policy proposal to regulate personal consumption of drugs in Prisons in Perú. In chapter II, understands what is the theoretical description, results of other studies similar to the topic of research, theoretical basis, legal terminology, the categorization of the study and the working hypothesis. In chapter III, the method of study is the methodological design, research approach, type of research, contextual design, unit of study, techniques and instruments of data collection. In chapter IV, involves the explanation of a result product of the documentary analysis and statistical tables on the consumption, consequences, and shortcomings of drug control.And finally we show the conclusions to which they came, suggestions, the use of the bibliography and annexes respectively, which complement the sustenance of this research work.
