Objective: to determine the relationship between the dispensing and sale of medicines and the satisfaction perceived by users served in pharmaceutical establishments in the district of Santa Anita - Lima from July to December 2022. Materials and methods: quantitative approach, non-experimental design, descriptive type, correlational and cross-sectional level; 48 establishments and 336 users were sampled, the survey technique was applied and 2 questionnaires were used as instruments. Results: the chi-square value was 0.001 (p<0.05) between the level of dispensing and sale of medicines and the satisfaction perceived by users, 0.019 (p<0.05) between the level of dispensing and sale of medicines and the humanistic dimension, 0.001 (p<0.05) between the level of dispensing and sale of medicines and the scientific technological dimension, and 0.001 (p<0.05) between the level of dispensing and sale of medicines and the environment dimension. Regarding compliance with good dispensing and sale practices, 40% were between good and fair, 14% excellent and 6% poor. The level of satisfaction perceived by users was 76% very satisfied and 24% satisfied. Conclusion: there is a significant relationship between the level of dispensing and dispensing of medicines and the satisfaction perceived by users.
