Objective: to determine the relationship between the manifestations of headaches and the consumption of analgesics in adult users attended in pharmaceutical establishments (pharmacies) in the Cercado de Lima, 2023. Method: the study was quantitative in approach, non-experimental design, descriptive and correlational scope, cross-sectional, prospective, sample 210 adults, survey technique, questionnaire instrument, the hypothesis was tested using Spearman's Rho, 95% confidence level was set. Results: of the total sample, 63.8% were female, 69.5% were aged 46-60 years. In NSAID use; 40.5% paracetamol, 35.2% diclofenac, 31% ketorolac, 26.2% acetylsalicylic acid, 25.2% naproxen, 30.5% metamizole and 30.5% tramadol. Analgesic adjuvants, on average 57% used anxiolytics, 40% antiemetics, 41% antidepressants, 47% anticonvulsants. Location of headaches 29% frontal; 50% bilateral or unilateral; intensity, 40% moderate, 35% severe; duration, 59.5% 4-72 hours; 35% oppressive and/or pinching pain. Manifestations of headache, 64.3% presented nausea or vomiting, 64.3% limitations in performing activities. The Rho correlation was 0.658. Conclusion: there is a moderate positive relationship between manifestations of headaches and consumption of analgesics in adult users attended in pharmaceutical establishments (pharmacies) in Lima, 2023.
