In the construction sector the modeling 3D is being used much more frequently than in previous years, the objective of this thesis is to demonstrate that the application of the 3D BIM methodology allows to detecting the interferences and incompatibilities of the project "Improvement of the urban mobility service in the APV Villa Paraíso, Cusco, Cusco, San Sebastián; 2020-2021, you have to achieve more efficient projects with fewer contingencies in the execution of work, for which it will be very useful for both private and public companies to have valuable information to design the most convenient strategies and solve contingencies. The thesis that has been developed is of a descriptive transactional type, carried out with a sing that is equal to the population of this part, it was non-probabilistic for convenience, this is because the blocs that were studied were within the population and were provided by the Municipality of San Sebastián. Three softwares were used for this investigation, which were Infraworks and Civil 3D for incompatibilities; and finally Navisworks to find the interferences. In the hypothesis, we wanted to achieve more than 50 incompatibilities and interferences in the specialties of structures and sanitary installations; which was not achieved in this investigation; but we were able to get more than 50% of what had been estimated. Finally as an extra contribution, this thesis has specific steps to be able to be a guide for future researchers of this type or similar studies, giving to them a basic knowledge of what is done in the 3D BIM methodology.
