The purpose of this research work was to formulate the Quality Control Plan for the Management of Water Quality for Human Consumption of the Sanitation Services Administration Board of the Ccorca Ayllu town center, in which a preliminary evaluation was carried out according to the management guidelines of the Regulation of Water Quality for Human Consumption (Supreme Decree N°031-2010-SA), to determine the current conditions of administration of the drinking water system. Through the initial characterization, we proceeded to identify hazards and hazardous events, for subsequent evaluation and risk classification, as well as the proposal of control measures to prevent, mitigate and correct the risk. The risks that were classified as “high“ and “very high“ are the critical points of the supply system, through which the critical limits of the proposed control measures were established; these were validated by means of bibliographic references, where their effectiveness was verified and the risk was reevaluated. Once the risk was reclassified, operational monitoring was applied at the critical points to ensure that the critical limits were not exceeded, and corrective measures were established as a last resort to counteract the risk. The result of the investigation corresponded to the formulation of the technical document that is the Quality Control Plan, which was developed according to the structure proposed by the Sanitary Directive N°058- MINSA- DIGESA.
