In a globalized and competitive world, education must be reinvented in order to respond to new challenges and challenges, and one of the tools to generate change is the Action Plan, which is an improvement guide that develops an alternative of solution and that responds to the prioritized problem using viable and pertinent strategies, resources; The present design of the action plan treats as an alternative solution, “Monitoring management to favor the development of scientific inquiry in the area of science and technology of secondary education of the EI. Emblematic María Parado de Bellido - Pasco, 2018 “whose general objective is to improve monitoring management to favor the development of scientific inquiry in the area of science and technology of secondary education in IE. Emblematic María Parado de Bellido. For the implementation of the objectives, 12 teachers from the CTA area were taken as a sample from the management team; 800 high school students and 750 parents. The research design; type of research is applied propositional and descriptive, the approach is qualitative and the research design is participatory action; the most widely used method is the inductive-deductive method and the instruments used are the in-depth interview. The conclusions reached are: 1. Implement monitoring management, in a permanent, systematic and reliable way, significantly influences the improvement of teaching performance and the learning achievements of students. 2. The strategic use of the didactic processes of the area of science and technology in the planning of the learning sessions favors the development of scientific inquiry, significant learning by discovery and scientific culture.
