Competencias profesionales de los trabajadores de la Gerencia Regional de Educación, Cusco 2023

Abstract

La investigación COMPETENCIAS PROFESIONALES DE LOS TRABAJADORES DE LA GERENCIA REGIONAL DE EDUCACIÓN, CUSCO 2023, estudio el problema ¿Cómo son las competencias profesionales de los trabajadores de la Gerencia Regional de Educación, Cusco 2023?, para lo cual se desarrolló el objetivo de describir cómo son las competencias profesionales de los trabajadores de la Gerencia Regional de Educación, Cusco 2023. El enfoque de estudio fue cuantitativo, de tipo básico, de nivel descriptivo, el diseño de estudio fue no experimental de corte transversal, estudiando una población y muestra de 58 trabajadores de la Gerencia Regional de Educación, Cusco, la técnica empleada fue la encuesta y el análisis documentario, con sus instrumentos cuestionario y ficha bibliográfica respectivamente. Según los resultados obtenidos se concluye que la variable competencias profesionales, la cual tiene su mayor porcentaje en la escala de bueno con un 41.4% y habiendo obtenido un promedio de 3.64, esta variable fue evaluada mediante sus dimensiones: competencias básicas, competencias genéricas y competencias específicas; las cuales se ubican en las escalas de regular y bueno. Los trabajadores han demostrado un alto nivel de habilidades y conocimientos en sus respectivas áreas, lo que contribuye al éxito de la organización, su compromiso, motivación y capacidad para adaptarse a los desafíos han sido destacables. Estos resultados positivos refuerzan la importancia de una adecuada selección y desarrollo de talento, así como la implementación de estrategias de gestión de recursos humanos efectivas.

The research PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES OF THE WORKERS OF THE REGIONAL EDUCATION MANAGEMENT, CUSCO 2023, studied the problem: What are the professional competencies of the workers of the Regional Education Management, Cusco 2023?, for which the objective of describing how was developed. They are the professional competencies of the workers of the Regional Education Management, Cusco 2023. The study approach was quantitative, basic, descriptive level, the study design was non- experimental cross-sectional, studying a population and sample of 58 workers from the Regional Education Management, Cusco, the technique used was the survey and the documentary analysis, with its instruments questionnaire and bibliographic record respectively. According to the results obtained, it is concluded that the professional competencies variable, which has its highest percentage on the good scale with 41.4% and having obtained an average of 3.64, this variable was evaluated through its dimensions: basic competencies, generic competencies and competencies. specific; which are located on the scales of average and good. The workers have demonstrated a high level of skills and knowledge in their respective areas, which contributes to the success of the organization; their commitment, motivation and ability to adapt to challenges have been notable. These positive results reinforce the importance of adequate talent selection and development, as well as the implementation of effective human resource management strategies.
