Mantenimiento preventivo para incrementar la disponibilidad de equipos médicos en el área de emergencia del Centro de salud CLAS San Jerónimo - 2022

Abstract

El objetivo general fue incrementar la disponibilidad de equipos médicos en el área de emergencia del Centro de Salud CLAS San Jerónimo – 2022. Se utilizó la siguiente metodología el tipo de investigación es aplicada, y de nivel de investigación es descriptivo y propositivo, En la investigación se tomó como unidad de estudio el área de emergencia del Centro de Salud CLAS San Jerónimo. Las técnicas para la recolección de datos fueron la observación y la entrevista para las variables y los instrumentos son la lista de chequeo y la entrevista para las variables. La conclusión principal de esta tesis fue el incremento de la disponibilidad de los equipos médicos en el área de emergencia del Centro de Salud CLAS San Jerónimo obteniéndose un alto porcentaje de los equipos intervenidos como valor promedio 95.710% en los equipos de alta prioridad, garantizando así el mayor tiempo de operatividad de cada uno de ellos, la confiabilidad de los diagnósticos y la mejora en la calidad de atención a la población.

The general objective was to increase the availability of medical equipment in the emergency area of the CLAS San Jeronimo Health Center - 2022. The following methodology was used, the type of research is applied, and the level of research is descriptive and purposeful. In the research, the emergency area of the CLAS San Jeronimo Health Center was taken as the study unit. The techniques for data collection were observation and the interview for the variables and the instruments are the checklist and the interview for the variables. The main conclusion of this thesis was the increase in the availability of medical teams in the emergency area of the CLAS San Jeronimo Health Center, obtaining a high percentage of the teams intervened as an average value of 95.710% in high-priority teams, thus guaranteeing the longer operating time of each one of them, the reliability of the diagnoses and the improvement in the quality of care for the population.
