This pre-feasibility study seeks to evaluate the technical, commercial, social, and economic formation and implementation of a carbonated beverage production plant that stimulates the concentration from the Ginkgo biloba leaves. In the first chapter, the general aspects of the study to be carried out are presented, both general and specific objectives are proposed, as well as the definition of the respective hypothesis. In addition, the research to be carried out is justified from a technical, economic, and social point of view. Then, in the second chapter, the market study is carried out to obtain the demand for the project. Market research is carried out, in which Porter's strengths of the product are analyzed, obtaining a medium level of threat from new competitors, medium level of substitute products, medium-high level of supplier negotiation, high level of customer negotiation, and medium level of current competitors. The respective survey is carried out and the results obtained are presented. To carry out the survey, a segmentation was carried out according to socioeconomic level - A B and C -, target audience over eighteen years old, university students and residing in Metropolitan Lima. The demand is projected through linear regression until year five of the project, in which a value of 1 179 thousand liters is obtained. The third chapter is related to the location of the plant, the evaluation is shown at both a macro and micro level. To carry out the macro-location evaluation, factors such as water availability, climate effects, and electricity availability, among others, are defined. On the other hand, for the evaluation of microlocation, factors such as proximity to the market (Metropolitan Lima), proximity to the port of Chancay, agricultural development, and percentage of districts in typology A2 are evaluated. As a result of the analysis, the Huaral industrial zone is defined as adequate for the implementation of this project. In the fourth chapter, the plant size is defined. It is emphasized that there is sufficient availability of raw material, so it is not considered a restriction; The value related to the equilibrium point is found, giving a value of 2 849 871 bottles/year; the size related to technology is calculated at 4 767 thousand bottles/year based on the bottleneck packaging process and the size related to demand is presented, which is chosen for the development of the following chapters valued at 3 931 306 bottles/year. The fifth chapter explains the engineering of the project as such, ranging from the technical specifications, existing machinery, definition of the production process, until reaching the optimal size of the plant. The chapter is concluded showing the plant size obtained from 1 337 m2; Likewise, the direct and indirect labor required for the project is detailed, which is exposed in greater detail in the subsequent chapter called organization and administration. Finally, in the seventh and eighth chapters, the investments to be incurred are presented, both tangible, intangible, and working capital, what will be the required leverage, and how it will be paid. In addition, the project is evaluated both economically and financially, obtaining favorable results.
