The main objective of the study is to evaluate the technical, economic, financial and social feasibility of implementing a physical therapy and physical rehabilitation center, aimed at the general public. The establishment of this center is for people with injuries, which will contribute to improve the quality of life of patients, in addition to generating employment opportunities and encourage further research on new technologies to address various types of injuries and improve the quality of services. In the first instance, general aspects of the research are detailed, as well as the problem, scope, limitations, objectives, justification of the project, the hypothesis, the referential and conceptual framework. In the following chapter, a market research is carried out to confirm if the market entry is feasible and an analysis of the supply and demand for the target public is made. The demand for the 5th year of the project's useful life was 13,104 sessions. Continuing with the location of the center and using the factor ranking method, it is concluded that the optimal location is the district of San Borja. After establishing the service dimension, Chapter 5 will analyze and develop the engineering of the project, from the service process, the selection of resources, and the identification of all the factors that interfere with the service, and finally the scale and layout of the center. Subsequently, the organizational structure of the company was introduced. Finally, the total investment of the project is detailed in the last chapters, followed by all the costs necessary for the commissioning of the services. Economically, the result is a VAN of S/ 973,490.58, a TIRE of 56.05% and financially a VAN of S/938,628.65 and a TIRF of 73.06%. Finally, the social evaluation of the project is proposed.
