The present study aims to explain all the steps for the constitution of a company that manufactures Squid and Prawn Nuggets breaded with Chickpea Flour. With the passing of the chapters, the commercial, technical, economic, financial and social viability of the project will be evaluated, which has as its target market the Peruvian territory, initially Metropolitan Lima. The project demand was calculated based on the product available on Peruvian soil, taking a 0.5% share. To define the purchase intention and intensity of the same, a survey of 300 people was carried out. As a result, an estimated monthly demand of 22,320 kilos was obtained for 2021. Starting from this value, the location of the plant was calculated. Since our project has its target audience in Metropolitan Lima, the factory would be located in the same department in order to reduce mobilization costs. Next, it was determined that it is located in Los Olivos due to its proximity to the port of Callao, proximity to the market and the cost of the terrain. The fifth chapter addresses engineering issues such as determining the number of people required for the project, the space required, as well as the distribution of the machines in the given space. Additionally, the process was defined to be follow with ranges to measured to ensure the quality and safety of the finished product. Finally, the financial evaluation of the project resulted in an NPV of S /. 885,691.06 and an IRR of 25.07%. With an estimated recovery period of 3 years, 11 months and 18 days. With the values indicated in previous lines, the present study was socially evaluated. The result indicated that the project provides benefits to society.
