This research aims to analyze the determinants that must be implemented for the application of e-commerce in SMEs in the agro-export sector of Metropolitan Lima. In this, the technological infrastructure, technological skills, and state policies have been considered, analyzing their current performance, likewise, the transaction model applied by the agricultural sector for commercialization and the possibility of a prosperous result in terms of the adaptation of the proposed model which is e-commerce. The dependent variable is electronic commerce and the independent variable; the internationalization of the Peruvian agricultural sector. It is based on the qualitative methodology, conducting interviews with qualified experts on the subject, who concluded that infrastructure as a determinant promotes the internationalization of SMEs in Metropolitan Lima, this model is within the strategies established for the future that seek to promote its use, in addition of the direct effect that these determinants have on the development of agro-export companies. On the other hand, the quantitative methodology was also used, carrying out a survey with twenty-five questions to a total of twelve companies with experience in the performance of electronic commerce in which the general hypothesis was analyzed through cross tables in which the importance of the determiners; obtaining Cramer's V value of 0.561, which indicates that the association is direct and moderate, so the null hypothesis was rejected and supports the general hypothesis of the researchers. In conclusion, the sample surveyed confirmed the influence of this tool by providing facilities and greater reach at the international level.
