no generar pérdidas.
The present research work aims to demonstrate the technical, economic and social feasibility of the installation of a plant that produces natural antiseptic deodorants in bars in the department of Lima, in the district of Chilca. The project's target market is the population of Metropolitan Lima, from the NSE A and B sector. From 13 to 56 years of age with a higher value for quality versus price and preference for natural products. Therefore, through 384 surveys applied in Lima, it was sought to define what was the intention and intensity of purchase; and thus, estimate the demand of the project for a useful life of six years. For the location of the project, macro and micro factors were analyzed, evaluating variables such as: proximity to the market, availability of labor, access to electricity, water and sewerage services, tax benefits, among others. After the analysis, the most convenient option for the installation of the plant was chosen, which resulted in Chilca. To define the size of the plant, the market size, the amount of raw material, the availability of technology and the minimum production necessary to avoid generating losses were considered. Subsequently, it was determined that the plant capacity is 471 744 deodorants per year. Finally, an economic and financial evaluation was carried out, in which the net present value was positive for both cases (S/. 3 066 999 y S/. 3 039 227), which proves the profitability of the project.
