The purpose of the investigation was to evaluate the viability, technical, social, economic and financial of the installation of a production plant of Liquid Panela as a healthy food, lifestyle and trend worldwide, which will be made up of sugarcane juice. of sugar, purify the extracted juice, filter, concentrate and cool to precise temperatures to find the exact consistency that you are looking for in the product. The production plant will be located in Metropolitan Lima, the financial study of the project determines that the total investment is S/ 966 981,02 which includes the previously calculated working capital which is S/ 145 925,35. This amount will be financed with a loan to the bank and with own capital. The loan to be requested will represent 50% of the total investment. The debt service terms are: Total investment S/ 1 624 047,68, Capital stock: S/ 812 023,84, and the debt: S/ 812 023,84. The production process will be semi-automatic. The formation of the business organization has been divided by functions, having the main areas: general management, commercial and marketing, production, selection and administration, and finance. The target audience is comprised of Metropolitan Lima, especially in the socioeconomic sector A and B in zones 6, 7 and 8, since in these districts there is the largest population that meets the characteristics of the type of consumer to which our focus is focused. study. The production process consists of receiving and cleaning, grinding, clarification, evaporation and bottling.
