Estudio de prefactibilidad para la instalación de una planta productora de panela líquida como alimento saludable, estilo de vida y tendencia a nivel mundial

Abstract

La investigación ha tenido como finalidad evaluar la viabilidad, técnica, social, económica y financiera de la instalación de una planta productora de Panela Liquida como alimento saludable, estilo de vida y tendencia a nivel mundial, la cual estará conformado por el jugo de la caña de azúcar, purificar el jugo extraído, filtrar, concentrar y enfriar a temperaturas precisas para encontrar la consistencia exacta que se busca en el producto. La planta de producción se ubicará en Lima Metropolitana, el estudio financiero del proyecto determina que la inversión total es de S/ 966 981,02 el cual incluye el capital de trabajo calculado anteriormente que es S/ 145 925,35. Este monto será financiado con un préstamo al banco y con capital propio. El préstamo a pedir representara el 50% de la inversión total. Los términos de servicio de la deuda son: Inversión total S/ 1 624 047,68, Capital social: S/ 812 023,84, y la deuda: S/ 812 023,84. El proceso de producción será semiautomático. La formación de la organización empresarial ha sido dividida por funciones, teniendo las áreas principales: Gerencia general, comercial y marketing, producción, selección y administración y finanzas. El público objetivo está comprendido por Lima Metropolitana, especialmente en el sector socioeconómico A y B en las zonas 6, 7 y 8, ya que en estos distritos se encuentra la mayor población que cumple con las características del tipo de consumidor al cual está enfocado nuestro estudio.
