The target market for this research project was the population of the capital city (Metropolitan Lima), focused mainly on people of socioeconomic levels A, B and C between 5 and 75 years of age. Demand was estimated at 399,96 tons of finished product for the first year of the project (2021), equivalent to 799 927 packages of 500 gr and 435,67 tons or 871 330 packages of 500gr for the last year of the project (2026). This differentiated product seeks to capture a fairly large segment of the population and have a high economic profitability. In the micro and macro location analysis, the different factors were analyzed, determining that the most favorable location for the implementation of the industrial plant of this project is the district of Lurin. This is due to its lower cost per square meter, greater availability of industrial land, and greater security and police protection compared to the other options analyzed. Regarding the machinery to be used for the implementation of the project, imports were considered as an alternative in some cases, due to the lack of variety and options in the national market. After performing the capacity analysis, the kneading-extruder machine was identified as the bottleneck, with an annual production capacity of 644 966 kg Finished product/year. This project is technically feasible based on the information contained in the chapters developed. Likewise, a total investment of S/ 1 935 696 will be required, financed at 40 % and 60 % assumed by the shareholders. The analysis results show a financial NPV of S/ 1 909 960, a financial IRR of 54,66 % and a payback period of 2,36 years. Therefore, it is demonstrated that the project is also viable in economic and financial terms. This project is technically feasible based on the information contained in the chapters developed. Likewise, a total investment of S/ 1 935 696 will be required, financed at 40 % and 60 % assumed by the shareholders. The analysis results show a financial NPV of S/ 1 909 960, a financial IRR of 54,66 % and a payback period of 2,36 xvii years.
