n this pre-feasibility study, the technical, economic, market and environmental feasibility of the implementation of a manufacturing plant for 3D printed limb prostheses, integrated by electronic components, is analyzed. Market studies were carried out to define, observe, analyze and verify that a prosthesis integrated with the aforementioned technology will be well accepted by consumers thanks to the innovation and the quality-price ratio of the product. Subsequently, trends and patterns of consumption were analyzed in order to obtain the project's demand, for which the projection of apparent domestic demand was used as a methodology through the linear regression of historical data using the potential equation as a model. The same that allowed us to determine the commercial viability of the present pre-feasibility study. Our market was segmented into people from the city of Metropolitan Lima, from 5 to 70 years old who belong to the NSE A, B and C. Also, by applying the segmentation corresponding to the target demand, a total of 1 248 prostheses are estimated to be sold for the first year and 2 170 prostheses for the fifth year. To obtain these values, quantitative and qualitative information sources were used that can be seen in the corresponding chapter and annexes. On the other hand, in order to define the technical viability, an investigation was carried out to determine the optimal location of the plant through micro and macro location methods. As a result, it was obtained that the optimal location of the plant will be in La Victoria, mainly due to the availability and price of land, in addition to its proximity to the target market and because it is a central district. Limiting factors were analyzed: market size, productive resources, technology, investment and equilibrium point to be able to define the optimal plant size. Thus, it was obtained that the market size is the limitation of the project with 2 170 prostheses / year. An analysis of the engineering required by the project was carried out, obtaining as a result the technical definitions of the product, necessary technologies, capacities, services and methods of quality, safety and environmental assurance. In addition, it was determined that 4 operators and an installation area of the plant of 455,4 m2 will be necessary. Finally, the economic, financial and social viability of the pre-feasibility study was determined. For this, investments, income, expenses and production costs were budgeted, in order to prepare financial statements that were subsequently analyzed to obtain financial and economic ratios. After the financial analysis, it was obtained that 40% of the necessary investment will be financed, while 60% will be own investment. In the first year a net profit of S/ 1 047 014 would be obtained and the last year of S/ 1 832 321. In the economic evaluation, a NPV of S/ 262 707,59 and an IRR of 31,01%. On the other hand, in the financial evaluation a NPV of S/ 538 139,67 and an IRR of 37,36%.
