Estudio de una mejora aplicada en el almacén central de pañales y leches de la empresa Corporation Intherpharma S. A. C.

Abstract

El presente estudio propone una mejora aplicada en el almacén de pañales y leches de la empresa CORPORATION INTHERPHARMA S.A.C. para la cual se evaluó y demostró que permitirá reducir pérdidas de ventas en mercadería de pañales y leches que generan las incidencias mensuales no resueltas. Para determinar las causas raíz de los principales problemas del almacén se analizó toda la cadena de suministro. Con ayuda del diagrama causa-efecto se identificó que existe un alto número de incidencias reportadas por mercadería de reposición recibida desde los puntos de venta, en promedio 162 incidencias mensuales. Con el problema hallado, se procedió a brindar alternativas de solución donde haciendo un análisis mediante la matriz IER y el ranking de factores se halló que la mejor solución para el problema es la implementación de la herramienta 5S para crear y estandarizar las políticas y procedimientos en el almacén central ya que permitirá monitorear y medir constantemente los procesos. Y, por último, a partir de la solución hallada, se realizó una evaluación económica para la propuesta donde para un caso esperado, se obtuvo un VAN positivo de S/ 3 082, un TIR anual de 20,28% mayor al COK anual de 12,69% y un B/C de 1,20 siendo este mayor a 1. Asimismo, para un caso optimista, se obtuvo un VAN positivo de S/ 82 065, un TIR anual de 233,45% mayor al COK anual de 12,69% y un B/C de 3,09 siendo este mayor a 1. Por lo que, se evidencia que la mejora aplicada propuesta es factible y viable.

This study proposes an improvement applied to the diaper and milk warehouse of the company CORPORATION INTHERPHARMA S.A.C. for which it was evaluated and demostrated that it will reduce sales losses in diaper and milk merchandise generated by unresolved daily incidents. To determine the root causes of the main problems in the warehouse, the entire supply chain was analyzed. And, finally, based on the solution found, an economic evaluation was carried out for the proposal where, for an expected case, a positive VAN of S/ 3 087 was obtained, an annual IRR of 20,30% higher than the annual COK of 12,69% and a B/C of 1,20, this being greater than 1. Likewise, for an optimistic case, a positive VAN of S/ 82 069 was obtained, an annual IRR of 233,51% greater than the annual COK of 12,69% and a B/C of 3,09, this being greater than 1. Therefore, it is evident that the proposed applied improvement is feasible and viable.
