The project proposes to transform the Peruvian coffee industry, offering coffee consumers a Peruvian product of excellent quality and generating quality of life to Peruvian coffee growers through higher incomes, training for the development of better harvests and post harvests. Likewise, it is intended to be a model in the industrialization of the raw material covering the entire coffee value chain. The product brand is Café Pukamoros, a Quechua word that means painted red, which is related to the old denomination that the Spaniards gave to the inhabitants of the Jaén region. The final presentation is a glass container whose capacity is 120 grams and the retail price is S/ 30 the unit. The consumer profile for the project market is made up of people living in Lima, over 18 years of age and belonging to socioeconomic levels A, B and C. Part of the study was the preparation of a survey of 140 people with the desired profile, obtaining a 95% purchase intent and a 75% intensity. The initial demand for the project is 1 319 791 units and, together, for the 5 years of project life is 7 196 580 units. For the location of the process plant, a study of the possible areas was carried out using the Factor Ranking method, determining, as well as the best alternative to the city of Jaén, since it is close to the raw material, it has benefits tax and allows savings in logistics cost. The breakeven point determines the minimum quantity to be produced considering that the number is the same as the quantity sold, which must be 359,689 units or S / 8,272,837. The factors of technology and productive resources do not represent a limitation for the project, and the size will be determined by the market factor. The bottleneck is influenced by the lyophilization stage, whose capacity is 282 tons or its equivalent in units 2 346 785. The amount of the investment is S / 14 623 693 and will be covered by own capital (40%) and financing (60%) from the Netherlands Investment Fund, whose annual effective rate is 10%. In the economic and financial evaluation, it was calculated that the NPV is greater than zero and the IRR exceeds the COK rate, thus checking the feasibility of the project.
