Every day, traffic is having a daily increase. This trend allows to offer a product with less time of transportation than using a car, observing that there is an opportunity to focus in an objective maket in Lima Metropolitana. The study product in mention is an electric scooter with safety accesories and a front bag to carry daily articles like keys, cell phones, wallets, etc. First, levels of product were described; and marketing, pricing, and distribution policies were detailed. Then, historic data of imports, survey results, and a market study were combined to obtain a demand for 2 862 electric scooters for the year 2025, which will be offered with a sales price of S/ 2 299,00. A location study was conduced and the optimal result for the project is: department of Lima and district of Lurin. In regards to plant size, it will be market size because there is not a raw material, technology and equal point restriction. The total area of the plant, including production and administration, is 209 square meters; with eight and five employees per area respectively. Product engineering was develop, which included specifications, line balance to obtain quantity of stalls, machinery features, number of production employees, and plant dimensions. Furthermore, economic and financial evaluation were analyzed to confirm if the project is profitable using the following indicators: an economic NPV of S/ 425 353, IRR of 21,8%, and B/C of 1,30; and financial NPV of S/ 562 894, IRR of 32,8%, and B/C of 1,96. Finally, demand and price are the most sensitive variables of the project because an increase in one of them will represent a better profit.
