In the present work the analysis, diagnosis and improvement proposal will be carried out for the company through the implementation of industrial engineering tools. In the first place, the company will be presented, which belongs to the automotive sector and sells products such as cars, motorcycles and power products. The current problem of the company is the decrease in income with respect to the sales plans of the automobile line, specifically the spare parts area, the objective will be to identify the main causes that generate this difference between the sales plan and the actual billing and set up a solution tool. The hypothesis states that an industrial engineering improvement tool based on a CRM and SCRUM system increases the customer retention rate in the post-sale area in the company. The company is in a context of stable macroeconomics, in addition, the demanding conditions of the transit routes generate high opportunities for the sale of spare parts. On the other hand, the company aims to increase the indicators of customer retention, customer satisfaction index, amounts of services and sales revenue, estimated at 12%. Finally, it was possible to show that the solution generates a marginal benefit of US$ 155 077,50 quarterly in a sustained manner after 18 months with an investment of US$ 16 000, generating a NPV of US$ 435 701 and an IRR of 129%. With which it is affirmed that the proposed hypothesis was positive.
