Abstract: The heavy freight transportation sector has been positioning itself stronger in the sector as a result of the increase in imports and exports in Peru, which has generated a 5.6% increase in its GDP. According to the above, it is essential to identify the stages of the processes, maintenance plan, availability of trucks, as well as the quality of freight transportation. A fundamental part of these con- siderations is the maintenance management and the restructuring of the stages of the service process, the model proposed by this research is the use of tools such as VSM, BPM, and TPM, whose main objective is to reduce the current rate of orders delivered out of time of 4.78 %, generated by a poor organization of the administrative and logistics area. After the implementation through a pilot plan within the company, a reduction of 0.72% was obtained.
