Over the years, people have shown more interest in leading a healthy lifestyle and eating a balanced diet. For this reason, they prefer to opt for good quality food that does not cause gastrointestinal discomfort after eating and that does not cause negative consequences on their health. A clear example is animal origin milk, which has been replaced by the variety of plant-based milk offered by the market, such as almonds, quinoa, rice, coconut, soy, etc. This study evaluates the market, technical, economic, and financial viability for the implementation of a coconut vegetable drink enriched with soy and mashua production plant. The product will be presented in 1-liter tetrabrik boxes, which will allow it to remain in good conditions (sealed) without refrigeration for up to 6 months. In the macro-location study Lima was the department to locate the company and as soon as the micro-location the district of San Luis was chosen. The necessary number of machines and operators for the operation of the plant will be 9 and 6 respectively and its plant capacity of 807 806 boxes / year. The company will be called Soyco and will be registered as a SAC (closed corporation). The total investment of the project will be S/ 796 363,11which considers tangible and intangible assets and a working capital of S/ 224 494,82, a NPV of S/ 1 577 922,80, IRR of 63% and a recovery period of 3,35 years, which check the feasibility of the project.
