Alveolar bone is a tooth-dependent tissue that develops in conjunction with tooth eruption. Objective: To evaluate the thickness of the vestibular bone tables in the maxillae by means of Cone-Beam tomography of patients who attended the Luis Vallejos Santoni Stomatological Clinic of the Andean University of Cusco - 2020. Materials and methods: This study is descriptive and observational, with a non- experimental, retrospective, cross-sectional design and a quantitative approach. The sample is made up of 247 Cone-Beam computed tomographies generated in the 2019 period from the Luis Vallejos Santoni clinic of the Andean University of Cusco, the distance measured from the root face of the bone table to the vestibular face of the bone table was evaluated. 1mm, 3mm and 5mm from the alveolar crest. Results: It was observed that the mean thickness of the vestibular bone tables of the upper jaws from canine to canine is 0. 86mm. At 1mm with a mean of 0.90mm, having a greater trend for piece 1.3, at 3mm with an average 0.90mm, having a greater trend for piece 1.3 and 5mm with an average 1.01mm having a greater tendency for piece 1.1. According to sex, the Mann-Whitney U statistical test was used, with the result that there is a greater tendency for males at 1mm, 3mm and greater for females at 5mm. These mean means are not significant. According to age, the greatest thickness at 1.3mm was for the 30-59-year-old group and at 5mm
