Abstract: Interpretación de información para la creación de valor quiere decir cómo somos capaces de identificar los puntos de inflexión, seleccionar lo importante y utilizarlo de acuerdo a criterios. Podemos modelarlo y tomar acción frente a cualquier situación que necesite de una decisión difícil. El presente trabajo refleja cómo podemos ser capaces de mejorar nuestro criterio de decisión basado en las capacidades técnicas, gestión, aprendizaje continuo y ética. Profundizado en cada una de ellas. El criterio de analizar la información que recibimos en distintos campos de nuestra carrera profesional, poniendo a prueba lo que hemos aprendido en las aulas de clase, desde conocer el hardware adecuado para un correcto funcionamiento como el diseño estructural que se va a instalar en él. Entender que no se puede llegar lejos si deseamos hacer todo solos, confiar en el equipo humano que siempre es el activo más importante de una empresa comprendiendo el comportamiento del personal siendo el inicio de conocer que es posible y cómo ser más eficientes. Detrás de cada decisión está una amalgama de información que debemos analizar. Los retos encontrados me llevaron a siempre seguir actualizándome, no debemos pensar que con la formación académica que tuvimos nos mantiene vigentes por el resto de nuestra vida profesional. Complementando la educación con estudios de posgrado ampliando las herramientas en busca de soluciones óptimas, aprendiendo que la ruta estratégica debe ser clara y adaptable manteniendo siempre esa convicción de hacer un buen trabajo, no se llega lejos si se utilizan malas prácticas o engaños. Siempre debemos mantener nuestra ética profesional que es lo que nos hace una mejor persona y un líder respetado. Finalmente, dejar las lecciones aprendidas para los futuros ingenieros de sistemas resultando en habilidades de análisis potentes con el criterio adecuado para resolver los problemas y creación de valor.
Interpretation of information for value creation means how we are able to identify turning points, select what is important and use it according to criteria. We can model it and take action in any situation that requires a difficult decision. This work reflects how we can be able to improve our decision criteria based on technical skills, management, continuous learning and ethics. Deepened in each one of them. The criterion of analyzing the information we receive in different fields of our professional career, putting to the test what we have learned in the classroom, from knowing the appropriate hardware for correct operation, such as the structural design that is going to be installed in it. Understanding that you cannot go far if you want to do everything alone, trusting the human team, which is always the most important asset of a company, understanding the behavior of the staff, being the beginning of knowing what is possible and how to be more efficient. Behind every decision is an amalgamation of information that we must analyze. The challenges encountered led me to always keep updating myself, we should not think that with the academic training we had, it keeps us current for the rest of our professional life. Complementing education with postgraduate studies, expanding the tools in search of optimal solutions, learning that the strategic route must be clear and adaptable, always maintaining that conviction of doing a good job, you will not get far if you use bad practices or deception. We must always maintain our professional ethics which is what makes us a better person and a respected leader. Finally, leave the lessons learned for future systems engineers resulting in powerful analysis skills with the right criteria to solve problems and create value.
