The pre-feasibility study demonstrates the viability of implementing a canned craft beer production plant based on Peruvian grains, considering market, environmental, economic, technological, social and financial factors. In chapter I, the problem, objective of the research and the limitations that it may present will be known. In chapter II, a study of the Peruvian market was carried out and the segmentation according to the consumption for the analysis of supply and demand, determining the size of the target market, based on this, projecting the demanda for the next 5 years. In chapter III, the location of the plant at the macro-location and microlocation level was carried out, resulting in the town of Lurin, in Lima. Likewise, in chapter IV, the plant size was made according to the market factors, productive resources, technology and equilibrium point. The optimal size turned out to be determined by the market factor. In chapter V, the technical definition and the production process were detailed, an analysis was carried out on issues about quality, environment, security and maintenance system. Determinining an area total of 391,84 m2. In the chapters VII and VIII, a total investment of S/ 532 055,93 is determined, an amount the involves a working capital of S/ 372 434 and rest for financing through shareholders and financing in the banking sector. A VANF of S/ 578 372 with and TIRF of 83,77% and VANE of S/ 577 672 with and TIRE of 68,18%, which makes the project financially and economically viable. Finally, from the social point of view, an added value is generated at the end of the project of S/ 2 473 234 and a capital density of S/ 59 117, evidencing the contribution to the Lurin community.
