Estudio de prefactibilidad para la Instalación de un consultorio Médico pediátrico con la inclusión de atención por telemedicina en el distrito de Villa María del Triunfo

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo proponer la instalación de un consultorio médico pediátrico que incluya el servicio de consulta por telemedicina (teleconsulta médica) en el distrito de Villa María del Triunfo (VMT). Para ello se evaluó durante el desarrollo de la investigación la viabilidad técnica, económica y financiera del proyecto. En el Capítulo I se evaluó la problemática en general, se definen los objetivos de la investigación justificando el tema escogido, ya que hoy en día es de carácter fundamental ofrecer un servicio de salud con altos estándares de calidad a una población objetivo que no se encuentra en los más altos niveles socioeconómicos. En el Capítulo II se definirá el servicio, qué se ofrecerá y los beneficios que tendrán cada uno de los pacientes que asistan a una consulta presencial o por teleconsulta. Así mismo se hizo el análisis PESTEL para evaluar la situación actual del sector, se analizó la oferta con la matriz EFE y la demanda del proyecto se calculó con las encuestas que se hicieron a personas que viven en VMT. Este capítulo es muy importante ya que se definen las estrategias de comercialización que se usaran en el proyecto y nos permitirá llegar a más personas para posicionarnos dentro de la industria. En los siguientes capítulos se halla la localización exacta del consultorio con el método Ranking de Factores, se selecciona la dimensión del servicio, definimos la tecnología a utilizarse, la capacidad instalada, se evalúa el impacto ambiental del consultorio y se define un plan de sistema de mantenimiento y de seguridad y salud ocupacional con el uso de herramientas de ingeniería. Se realizará, además, una evaluación económica y financiera para asegurar la rentabilidad del proyecto, para ello, se analizarán los principales indicadores económicos: VAN, TIR y B/C (Beneficio Costo). El consultorio médico pediátrico contará con un staff de profesionales capacitados constantemente que trabajarán día a día para llevar la mejor atención tanto en las consultas presenciales como en la teleconsulta, de esta forma queremos contribuir con el crecimiento de la industria de salud.

The present work aims to propose the installation of a pediatric medical office that includes the telemedicine consultation service (medical teleconsultation) in the district of Villa María del Triunfo (VMT). For this, the technical, economic and financial viability of the project was evaluated during the development of the research. In Chapter I the problem in general was evaluated, the objectives of the research are defined justifying the chosen topic, since nowadays it is essential to offer a health service with high quality standards to a target population that is not found at the highest socioeconomic levels. Chapter II will define the service, what will be offered and the benefits that each of the patients who attend a consultation in person or by teleconsultation will have. Likewise, the PESTEL analysis was carried out to evaluate the current situation of the sector, the supply was analyzed with the EFE matrix and the demand for the project was calculated with the surveys that were made to people living in VMT. This chapter is very important since it defines the marketing strategies that will be used in the project and will allow us to reach more people to position ourselves within the industry. In the following chapters the exact location of the office is found with the Ranking of Factors method, the dimension of the service is selected, we define the technology to be used, the installed capacity, the environmental impact of the office is evaluated and a plan of the system of maintenance and occupational health and safety with the use of engineering tools. The economic and financial status will be also evaluated to ensure the project`s profitability, for that, the most relevant indicators will be analysed such as: NPV, IRR and Cost-Benefit. The pediatric medical office will have a staff of constantly trained professionals who will work every day to provide the best care both in face-to-face consultations and in teleconsultation, in this way we want to contribute to the growth of the health industry.
