The present work evaluates the prefeasibility of the installation of a production plant for organic cream of black olives ecofriendly with the environment. Chapter I sets out the objectives of the study, as well as the justifications for the topic and the hypothesis of the work. In Chapter II, a market study of supply, demand and the advertising promotion and product promotion strategy is carried out. It was determined that the product will be sold in Metropolitan Lima at socioeconomic levels A and B, through Bio Markets, supermarkets, and the company's own warehouse at a price of 11.50 soles for a bottle of 250 g. In chapter III the alternatives to determine the location of the plant are evaluated, for this the Ranking of Factors method was used, resulting in the selection of the department of Lima and the district of Lurín as the location for the cream plant. organic black olives. In chapter IV the optimal plant size is calculated, which turns out to be the equilibrium point size as the most appropriate for the project. In Chapter V the various engineering methods are applied to determine the resources required to produce the product and the technology to be used. The plant capacity is calculated to determine the production throughout the project. In addition, all the necessary areas of the plant and their correct distribution were calculated, having a total area of 861 m2 . Chapter VI details the personnel required in the company and the functions that each will perform. This scheme is represented in the organization chart that the company will manage. Chapter VII details the financial analysis of the project. The total investment amounts to S/ 1,209,506. Sales will be generated in the 5 years of useful life of the project for S/ 8,473,499 and an accumulated net profit of S/ 1,758,482 with an economic VAN of S/ 332,938 and a financial VAN of S/ 224,379, making this a profitable projec. Finally, chapter VII presents the social evaluation of the project through social indicators, which will show the social impact that the implementation of the project will have in the place where it is located.
