Los costos de construcción, instalación y equipamientos de las canchas de Grass sintético, la tasa interna retorno y el valor actual neto, en el distrito de wanchaq periodo-2015.

Abstract

La presente investigación intitulada los costos de construcción, instalación y equipamiento de las canchas de grass sintético en el distrito de Wanchaq periodo 2015´´ busca determinar el grado de factibilidad relacionadas al valor actual neto y la tasa interna de retorno en la construcción, instalación y equipamiento. La hipótesis general establece que las condiciones económicas que generan los costos de construcción, instalación y equipamiento en el valor actual neto y la tasa interna de retorno de las canchas de grass sintético en el distrito de Wanchaq – cusco periodo 2015; son negativas debido a que los ingresos apenas cubren los costos de operación y su utilidad es mínima. La construcción, instalación y equipamiento de las canchas de grass sintético es onerosa frente a la recuperación del capital invertido; es decir su tasa Interna de Retorno es nula porque no hay certidumbre en su recuperación .La consecuencia más importante en la actividad económica de alquiler de las canchas de gras sintético son varias, siendo la más importante la incertidumbre en la tasa interna de retorno en la inversión ejecutada por el empresario, para solucionar ello será necesario una ampliación de la inversión en agregar servicios complementarios a lo existente. La tesis consta de 5 capítulos: referido a la descripción y formulación del problema, la justificación y los objetivos generales y específicos. Seguidamente el marco teórico, en el cual se desarrollan las variables e hipótesis de la investigación. Luego referido al método de investigación el cual engloba la metodología usada, las técnicas y la población y muestra de la investigación. Asimismo se plasman los resultados obtenidos a través del procesamiento de datos con las correspondientes tablas, gráficos y Discusión, donde se contrastan las teorías con los resultados obtenidos. Finalmente, las conclusiones en las que se han arribado en la investigación es que el valor actual neto y la tasa interna de retorno en la construcción, instalación y equipamiento de las canchas de grass sintético son negativas debido a que los ingresos que se generan en este tipo de negocio apenas cubren los costos de operación y su utilidad es mínima. Demostrando así la veracidad de la hipótesis porque de acuerdo al trabajo de investigación realizado, del total de canchas que Constituyen la población y muestra el capital invertido se recupera después del quinto año de realizada la inversión, por lo que constituye una inversión de bajo Retorno.

The present research entitled the costs of construction, installation and equipment of the synthetic grass fields in the district of Wanchaq period 2015 “ looks for to determine the degree of feasibility related to the net present value and the internal rate of return in the construction, installation and equipment. The general hypothesis establishes that the economic conditions that generate the costs of construction, installation and equipment in the net present value and the internal rate of return of the fields of synthetic grass in the district of Wanchaq - cusco period 2015; are negative because revenues barely cover operating costs and their usefulness is minimal. The construction, installation and equipment of synthetic grass fields is costly compared to the recovery of invested capital; that is to say its internal rate of return is zero because there is no certainty in its recovery. The most important consequence in the economic activity of renting the fields of synthetic gras are several, the most important being the uncertainty in the internal rate of return in the investment executed by the entrepreneur, to solve this will be necessary an expansion of the investment in adding complementary services to the existing. The thesis consists of 5 chapters: Chapter I, referring to the description and formulation of the problem, justification and general and specific objectives. Chapter II referred to the theoretical framework, in which the variables and hypotheses of the investigation are developed. Chapter III referred to the research method which includes the methodology used, techniques and population and research sample. Chapter IV in which the results obtained through the data processing are recorded with the corresponding tables and graphs. Chapter V Discussion, where the theories are contrasted with the results obtained. Finally, the conclusions that have been reached in the investigation are that the net present value and the internal rate of return in the construction, installation and equipment of synthetic grass fields are negative because the income generated in this field type of business barely cover operating costs and their usefulness is minimal. This demonstrates the veracity of the hypothesis because, according to the research work carried out, the total number of fields that make up the population xvand shows the capital invested is recovered after the fifth year of the investment, which is a low return investment.
