This research is about the educational projects and its impact on educational quality. The study was conductes in an Educational Institution, privately owned public, offering free educational services to girls and young women, in the primary and secondary levels, which is located in the district of Chorrillos, province and department of Lima. The sample, which was made according to the studied population, consisted of a total of 117 students, 19 teachers, three managers and 211 parents. To study the institutional education project and educational quality, tools developed by the Peruvian Institute of Evaluation, Accreditation and Certification of Quality Basic Education (IPEBA) were used. The research formulated an question goal and five specific questions, of which has been checked that the institutional education project has been properly formulated and has had a favorable impact on the educational quality of the institution. However, according to the quality factors of the IPEBA, the institution showed little progress, so it is necessary to formulate a plan of improvement in the near future to reach the level of achievement according to the objectives proposed by the educational project of the institution. The chapters in this thesis will develop in more detail the issue the is of this investigation.
