The research called Relationship between methodological strategies and the use of ICT resources in university teachers in Lima had as its objective: Quantify the relationship between methodological strategies and the use of ICT resources. The approach was quantitative; the level used was descriptive; the type, basic and substantive; and the non-experimental descriptive correlational design. The sample was 101 teachers from two universities. Two questionnaires were applied: CEMEDEPU to evaluate the methodological strategies and SABER-TIC for the appropriation of ICT. After applying the instruments, a very low correlation was found between the study variables. Likewise, a very low relationship was found between the use of ICT resources and the dimensions of the model focused on teaching: technological and management. In addition, a moderate correlation between the use of ICT resources and the dimensions of the model focused on learning: technological and management. Similarly, a low correlation between teaching skills and the dimensions of the use of ICT resources: technological and management. Regarding the methodological strategies according to the type of university, if there are differences in favor of professors from state universities; and according to years of service, if there are differences between the groups. In conclusion, the use of ICT is support for methodological strategies, and its usefulness will depend on the knowledge and attitude of the teacher; the inclusion of ICT promotes the creation of new knowledge and digital skills.
