The guiding idea of the project is nature and therefore is obtained as a final result, an organic design that expresses the movement of this and that integrates harmoniously into the environment. The organic design has location of the volume, type and slope of the roofs, but also trails that imitate the veins of the leaves of the trees. Volumes of recreational and cultural center of Oxapampa, are located around a central core, where a square, which is connected to both the main entrance Works. The project has 9 zones developed in an area of 2.18 hectares; It has two entrances, the main entrance, located at Jr. Simon Bolivar and the secondary at Jr. Gustavson. The recreational and cultural center in Oxapampa aims to integrate harmoniously into the environment, for it has been planned using various strategies and materials friendly to the environment do not affect the natural characteristics of the land or the district and cooperate well, to reducing the ecological footprint of the building. All covers are green roof project, which will recover the green areas that were in the land before construction, in addition to the aesthetic advantage, this is a thermal and acoustic insulation. It is using wide eaves of 1.00 m to help protect the property from direct sunlight and rain. In the outer walls, is using Screenpanel, a coating of a single skin, allows a ventilated facade and protects the building from direct incidence of sunlight also helps to give the building the character of recreation center. This product has excellent flexibility, it can be installed vertically or horizontally, has the peculiarity of being perforated with numerical control technology according to the proposed design. Another important strategy is the gutter system installed on the roof, which allow rainwater stored in two separate tanks, before being used in toilets and garden irrigation; optimizing this valuable resource for these uses and reducing the use of potable water. On the walls and cover the pool area, is using ETFE, which is considered an environmentally friendly material because its components can be fully recycled, has long durability and low maintenance, and its high transparency allows 95% passage light without generating greenhouse thermal properties it owns. Some trails are using Starpath, intelligent pavement that adsorbs the energy of the ultra-violet rays during the day and then release them overnight adapting to the surrounding lighting conditions. if the sky is so dark, shine less. Installation costs are minimal since it is a liquid with a hose, as if it were paint, asphalt, wood, metal or any solid material. Besides saving on installation costs, saves on energy once installed, it means forgetting based lighting poles or lampposts. Besides saving energy and increasing the visibility offered, Starpath is slip and waterproof. It has been taken into account in designing the project the use of local materials such as sand and wood on some floors, not negatively intervene in the landscape, it´getting exclusive use of trees, shrubs and flowers native to the area.
