TIC have generated a great impact in the process of teaching learning, facilitating to the students the acquisition of knowledge in an immediate and ample way. Nevertheless, this is not enough for the student to learn, because often this acquired knowledge is not always applied. Therefore, our target is to qualify teachers so they can use this didactic resource of TIC in the teaching-learning process, with a positive attitude and generate meaningful learning. To reach our goal, we have revised theories, approaches, advantages and disadvantages that will help us to have a broad idea on the subject. We consider the importance of the integration of TIC in the National Curricular framework and in institutional projects, where the pedagogical leader has the duty to reinforce the teacher's competence in the use of Tics through monitoring and accurate advice. Undoubtedly, the attraction that children of Initial Education experience for TIC must be taken as an advantage by the teacher, to foster learning situations and to insert them to the TIC, from the first level of the Peruvian Educational System. Many times, TICS are not applied because of the lack of knowledge about its strategies. That is why teachers play a fundamental role in the development and use of these technologies, due to the didactic importance that the tics can have if they are used as proper. Teachers who know and manage TIC acquire skills that facilitate the use of these virtual tools. For example, they are able to surf the internet, calculate data, use email, etc. Despite all these advantages, many teachers today do not fully understand the usefulness of the TIC in the development of their classes; this is reflected in the educational quality that the students receive.
