This research aims to analize job satisfaction in resident collaborators of Metropolitan Lima who returned to face-to-face work. The study has a quantitative approach and a descriptive design. The sample consisted of 237 employees aged between 18 and 69 (126 women and 111 men). Sampling was non-probabilistic. The instrument used was the Job Satisfaction Questionnaire S21/S26 by Meliá et al.(1990), adapted to the Peruvian context by Domínguez et al.(2016). Among the results obtained, it was evidenced that most of the collaborators present a moderate level of satisfaction (50.6%), 25.3% are satisfied, while 24.1% were dissatisfied. The dimension that presents the highest levels of satisfaction is related to the quantity and quality of production and the one that shows the lowest levels of satisfaction is the supervision and participation dimension. Likewise, it is observed that women present greater dissatisfaction at a general level and in terms of dimensions than men. It is recommended to continue with the investigation of job satisfaction in the Peruvian context with a larger sample, promote its evaluation and encourage programs to increase job satisfaction, specifically in terms of supervision and participation.
