The current research is centered on determining the level of curricular diversity in secondary education in relation to the expectations of students’ achievements from the districts of El Agustino, San Juan de Lurigancho, and Jicamarca from UGEL 05. The instruments used in the present thesis were two survey sapplied to students of eleventh and twelfth grade. The first one in regards to the diversification level and the latter one in regards to vocational expectations. Both instruments were designed based on the objectives of the investigation and organized according to variables, dimensions, sub dimensions, indicators and items. The purpose of the first instrument is to ascertain the curricular diversification levelin secondary education, bearing in mind two dimensions: contextual and curricula. The second instrument is to determine the expectation achievements of the students in relation to three dimensions: social, personal, and material in regards to what is acquired at the educational entity. The current investigation was fulfilled bearing in mind two hundred thirty seven (237) twelfth grade students from public educational entities of Regular Basic Education at UGEL 05 from different districts, such as, El Agustino, San Juan de Lurigancho and Jicamarca. The investigation produced four (04) hypothesis which are analyzed and discussed in detail in the following chapters of the research.
