This research aimed to determine the effect of the Pedagogical Accompaniment Program from a critical reflective approach on the level of teachers’ perfomance on the dimensions of Preparation for Students’ Learning and Teaching for Students’ Learning. The research approach is quantitative and corresponds to the applied and pre-experimental design explanatory level. The exclusion criterion for the population was non-intentional probabilistic and consisted of 35 teachers. Consequently, the final sample consisted of 26 teachers from the primary and secondary levels. The rubric and the questionnaire were instruments that provided data on the independent variable which were validated through expert judgment. The reliability yielded a Cronbach’s Alpha of ,910 for the teacher performance rubric. The results obtained through the Student’s T Test showed that there are significant differences (p <, 005), regarding the level of teachers’ performance; therefore, the null hypothesis was rejected and the alternative hypothesis was accepted. Finally, it was concluded that the Pedagogical Accompaniment Program from a critical reflective approach improved the level of teachers’ performance on the dimensions of Preparation for Students’ Learning and Teaching for Students’ Learning.
