The objective of the current research is to evaluate the form of tax evasion and its relationship with the textile informality of the mypes of the gallery the manufacturers in the commercial emporium of Gamarra 2022. The methodology is quantitative in approach, the type of research is descriptive simple, the level of research is Descriptive, the design is Cross-sectional and the method is inductive. The population is grouped by 345 businessmen and the sample is 178 businessmen. As results we see, one of the motivations for tax evasion was the lack of an adequate tax culture. Likewise, another reason for tax evasion is due to insufficient support for mypes, since more and more tax collections are generated, but there are not many benefits for formal entrepreneurs. For this reason, this work seeks to propose alternative solutions to reduce tax evasion, not only supporting the State but also seeking support solutions for formal merchants of women's clothing mypes, among them a possible solution that we propose would be constant training of part of the collecting entity Sunat.
